To save your time we request a spare key to the property to carry out inspections and to freely show Tenants based on their schedule.
Whether it’s scheduled or unscheduled your Property Manager will be on site to oversea its completion. If the Landlord doesn’t reside in Myanmar, we’ll request a minimum balance to cover minor repairs.
It’s standard practice for Landlords to request a security deposit when renting a property. In the event that the property is damaged during the tenancy agreement, this will be deducted from the security deposit.
