It will take on average 2 weeks for us to determine what home loan is right for you, and to submit the application.
Requirements will vary depending on the type of applicant you are. If you are an employee you’ll require the following documentation:
- a copy of NRC and Household registration.
- Address verification from your ward council.
- Your employer will also need to provide a letter confirming your employment. The letter should include your position, how long you’ve worked at the company & your salary.
All our partner banks provide us with the same commission rates, meaning that we have no financial incentive to recommend a financial product that might not be the best choice for you.
On average the banks will require a minimum down payment, this can range anywhere between 10 to 30%. The interest rates will vary depending on which loan, and bank you choose. Other considerations are service charges, loan tenor & early repayment fees.
